What is the return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

What are the shipping options? 

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Our shipping options are as follows:

Canada shipping options

Orders up to $75

$10 standard shipping

3 to 5 business days 

Orders between $75 and $125 

$5 standard shipping 

3 to 5 business days 

Orders over $125 

Free shipping 

3 to 5 business days 

We currently only offer standard shipping for orders made within Canada.

 

U.S Shipping Options

Rate will be calculated at checkout

Canada Post Tracked Packet USA 

Rate will be calculated at checkout 

4 to 7 business days 

Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA

For U.S shipping, the rate will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

All local customs charges, import duties and local taxes, if applicable, are payable by you on delivery. For more information, please refer to the US Customs and Border Protection regarding Internet Purchases.

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you don’t receive your order, please first check your Canada Post tracking information to check the status of your order. If you don’t have a tracking number, please contact us at naz@entmds.ca with your order number and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We’re committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your order, and are happy to replace your item if it is defective or damaged. In order to exchange your item, please send us an email at naz@entmds.ca.
